Stress Distribution Characteristics and Strata Control Technology for Roadways in Deep Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 在新汶矿区井下地应力实测数据的基础上,分析了深部煤矿地应力场分布特征、规律及影响因素;基于20余个矿区的地应力测量数据,对比分析了浅部与深部煤矿地应力状态、水平应力与垂直应力的比值等方面的差异;研究了掘进工作面与采煤工作面周围垂直应力降低区、应力升高区分布及集中应力变化;通过分析采动应力监测数据,论述了回采工作面超前支承压力分布范围、峰值大小及与工作面的空间位置关系;针对深部巷道地应力高、采动影响强烈的特点,介绍了适用于深部巷道的支护法、加固法及应力控制法;指出基于煤岩体地质力学测试、以锚固与注浆为核心的支护加固技术,是有效、经济的深部巷道围岩控制技术。

     

    Abstract: Based on the in-situ stress measurement data from Xinwen Mining Area, the in-situ stress distribution features, law and affecting factors in deep coal mi nes were analyzed.On the basis of the in-situ stress data from more than 20 coal districts, the differences on stress states and ratio of horizontal stress to vertical stres s between shallow and deep coal mines were analyzed.The vertical stress decreasing and increasing zones and concentrated stress change around the heading face a nd coal face were studied.The distribution scope, peak value and spatial relation with the working face of mining-induced stresses were discussed through the analysis on the monitoring data.The support, reinforcement and stress control approaches suitable for deep roadways with high in-situ stresses and intensive mining-induced str esses were introduced.It was pointed out that the support and reinforcement technology with rock bolting and grouting as key and on the basis of in-situ geomechanics measurements, was an effective and economical strata control method for deep roadways.
