复杂构造条件下工作面综合防突水关键技术

Key technology of water inrush prevention and control in coal mining face under condition of complicated structure

  • 摘要: 首旺煤矿井田构造复杂,2煤二采区同时受底板太灰和奥灰水带压(双带压)威胁,为了解决2煤二采区双带压安全开采问题,采用钻探和综合物探勘查手段,查明了该矿2煤二采区太灰和奥灰含水层的水文地质特征、富水性分布特征及构造的导水性,研究了2煤回采工作面底板破坏规律,利用流固耦合数值模拟计算得到了回采工作面底板最大破坏深度约为21 m;采用突水系数法评价了太灰和奥灰双带压安全开采;提出了双带压安全开采的综合防治有效措施。研究结果表明:首旺煤矿2煤二采区的太灰和奥灰含水层有较强的富水性和水力联系,二采区东北区域的太灰突水危险区及导水断层存在较大的突水隐患,是双带压综合防突工作的重点所在,由此而形成的"勘查-评价-防治"技术体系,能很好地解决二采区双带压综合防突这一关键问题。

     

    Abstract: The minefield with the structure in Shouwang Mine was complicated,the No.2 mining block in No.2 seam was both threatened by the floor pressures from Taiyuan Formation limestone and Ordovician limestone water (Double Water Pressures). In order to solve the safety mining under the double water pressures in No.2 mining block of No.2 seam,the drilling exploration and comprehensive geophysical exploration means were applied to find out the hydrogeological features and water rich distribution features of the aquifers in Taiyuan Formation limestone and Ordovician limestone and water conductivity of structure. A study was conducted on the floor failure law of the coal mining face in No.2 seam. The simulation and calculation conducted with the fluid-solid coupling numerical showed that the max failure depth of the floor in the coal mining face designed was about 21 m. The water inrush coefficient method was applied to evaluate the safety mining under the double water pressures. The comprehensive effective prevention and control measures were provided to the safety mining with the double water pressures. The study results showed that the aquifers in Taiyuan Formation limestone and Ordovician limestone of No.2 mining block in No.2 seam would have high abundant water and a hydraulic connection. It was the key of the water inrush comprehensive prevention work of double water pressures that high water inrush hidden dangers existed in Taiyuan Formation limestone of the North-East area of the mining block and the water conducted fault. Therefore the “exploration-evaluation-prevention” technical system formed could well solve the key problem of double water pressure water inrush comprehensive prevention in No.2 mining block.
