超深厚冲积层冻结井筒施工关键技术研究

Research on key construction technologies of frozen shaft in ultra deep and thick alluvium

  • 摘要: 针对万福矿井主井754.8 m超深厚冲积层冻结法凿井掘进和支护时存在的施工技术难题,开展了冻结壁稳定性、冻土掘进技术、高强高性能混凝土井壁支护技术等冻结井筒施工关键技术应用研究。采用冻土发展速度和测温孔实测温度2种方法推算开挖时间,确定了井筒的开挖时机。根据设计冻结壁厚度、设计冻结壁强度、冻结壁变形校核结果,确定了冲积层安全掘砌段高和井帮暴露时间。通过现场试验,采用伞钻配锚杆钻机机头、麻花钻杆、“Y”字形钻头钻凿冻土炮眼,选用耐低温型水胶炸药,采取炸药保温措施解决了冻土钻眼爆破的施工难题。开发了砂石筛洗装置、井上螺旋输送机输送混凝土系统和井下固定式分灰器,保证了高强高性能混凝土尤其是钢纤维混凝土的制作和输送质量,解决了深厚冲积层冻结井筒支护施工技术难题。

     

    Abstract: According to frozen drilling and support construction technology problem of main shaft in Wanfu Mine with 754.8 m ultra deep and thick alluvium, this pa per studied and practiced the key techniques of excavation and support in Wanfu Mine freezing sinking engineering, including frozen wall stability, frozen soil tunneling t echnology, high performance concrete wall support. We used two methods to determine the time of excavation by calculating the pace of frozen soil development and m easuring temperature of temperature-measuring hole. According to the design thickness and average temperature of frozen wall, we analyzed the frozen wall deformati on. Based on the results, the safe height of section and exposure time were determined for excavation alluvium. The umbrella drilling rig with bolt head, twist drill rod a nd Y shaped drill were used to drill borehole in froz en soil. Inorder to solve the frozen soil drilling and blasting construction problems, This paper select the low temper ature and water gel explosives, and preserved heat for explosive. A series of high performance concrete production and transport techniques were adopted to guarante e the quality of high performance concrete lining, such as gravel wash screen means, underground mine concrete transport system and underground mine concrete fixe d points ash, especially steel fiber reinforced concrete lining in the deep freeze alluvium shaft support.
