国内高温煤焦油加工工艺发展研究

  • 摘要: 介绍了目前国内正在运行的6种煤焦油加工工艺,分析了各种工艺的优缺点,并指出了国内传统的一塔式煤焦油蒸馏工艺存在的问题。在此基础上,得出煤焦油常压连续加热聚合法生产的沥青产品最能适合国内炭素行业的需要。从长远发展看,生产不含钠离子沥青的法国常减压煤焦油蒸馏工艺和不含中间相沥青的美国塔底循环煤焦油减压蒸馏工艺是今后煤焦油加工的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced six coal tar processing techniques operated in China, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each technique and pointed out the problems existed in the domestic traditional one tower coal tar processing technique. Based on the circumstances, the asphalt produced with the constant pressu re continued thermal polymerization method of coal tar could meet the requirements of the domestic carbon industry.From a view of the long development, the French at mospheric and vacuum distillation technique to produce the no sodium ion asphalt and the USA tower bottom circulated pressure reduced and vacuum distillation techni que to produce non mesophase asphalt would be the development orientation of the future coal tar processing.
