矿山土地生态系统退化诊断及其调控研究

  • 摘要: 当前“整体保护、系统修复、综合治理”理念对矿区生态系统性修复提出了明确的要求,然而长期以来对矿山土地生态系统退化内涵缺乏科学界定,诊断标准不一,调控目标值得商榷。在分析国内外研究进展的基础上,重新界定了矿山土地生态系统退化的概念,辨析矿山土地生态系统退化的内涵特征;剖析了矿山土地生态系统退化的影响因素,提出矿山土地生态系统退化程度受外界扰动压力、环境支撑力、生态系统恢复力、人为提升力等4项因素共同作用。明确了矿山土地生态系统退化的诊断标准,包括:归纳了以历史时期状态、周边稳定生态、人为定义标准等3类参照系,总结了基于试验测试、遥感监测、数值模拟的诊断方式,分析了矿山土地生态系统退化诊断时间选取与监测频次。随后,辨析了不同采矿方式对矿山土地生态系统退化的扰动过程,由此揭示矿山土地生态系统退化的3个阈值,并判定关键环境要素损伤以及土地生态系统退化的可逆性。分析表明,末端治理的老路已不能适应绿色发展的需要,“主动性采前预防、联动型动态监测、系统性生态修复、多元化修复治理”的调控策略可为矿山土地生态系统全面系统修复提供服务。

     

    Abstract: The idea of overall protection,system restoration,and comprehensive management make a clear claim for the ecological restoration in mining area.Howe ver,the concept of Land Ecosystem Degradation in Mining Area( LEDMA) could not been defined scientifically for a long time.Moreover,there was no uniform standard fo r diagnostic criteria and regulatory objectives of LEDMA. Based on the current knowledge at home and abroad,the concept of the LEDMA was redefined,and the connot ation of the LEDMA was figured out.Then,the influence factors of LEDMA were also dissected. Four influence factors were summarized ,including external disturbance pr essure,environmental carrying capacity,ecosystem resilience , artificial restoration.Furthermore the diagnostic criteria for LEDMA was identified,historical period state,per ipheral stable ecology,and artificial definition criteria. And the diagnostic methods included experimental testing,remote sensing monitoring and numerical simulation. Th en the selection of LEDMA diagnosis time and monitoring frequency were analyzed. The process of mining disturbance and its influence on the LEDMA was combed for diferent mining method.Therefore,three thresholds of LEDMA were proposed in order to judge the reversbility of the LEDMA. So,it could be seen that the old path of en d governance would no longer meet the requirements of green development in mining area.To sum up,we suppose the following control strategies to promote the syste matic restoration in mining area: proactive pre-harvest prevention, tandem dynamic monitoring,systematic ecological restoration,and optimized governance path.
