450m超长综采工作面矿压显现规律研究

Study on Mine Strata Pressure Behavior Law of 450 m Ultra Long Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为掌握超长综采工作面矿压显现规律及其发生的机理,采用现场观测和理论分析的方法对哈拉沟煤矿450 m超长综采工作面矿压显现规律进行分析。结果表明:450 m超长综采工作面存在大小周期来压现象,2次小周期来压后间隔8 m出现一次大周期来压,且大周期来压期间工作面倾向压力分布呈现三峰值W型特征。亚关键层和主关键层共同作用导致工作面呈现大小周期来压特征,即主关键层破断导致亚关键层提前破断,进而造成了工作面来压步距和来压强度的大小交替变化。周期来压时基本顶分别在压力峰值区域发生破断,各破断岩块随着工作面推进沿工作面倾向发生回转下沉,导致其附近区域支架工作阻力增加。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the mine strata pressure behavior law of ultra long fully-mechanized coal mining face and the causing mechanism, a method with a sit e measurement and a theoretical analysis was applied to analyze the mine strata pressure behavior law of the 450 m ultra long fully-mechanized coal mining face of Hal agou Mine. The results showed that there were large and small periodical roof weighting phenomena existed in the 450 m ultra long fully-mechanized coal mining face, a large periodical roof weighting would occurr at an interval of 8 m after tow small periodical roof weightings and during the large periodical roof weighting period, the te ndency pressure distribution of the coal mining face would have three peaks with W features. The large and small periodical roof weighing features occurred in the coal mining face were caused by the joint role of the secondary key stratum and main key stratum. The broken of the main key stratum could cause the secondary key stratu m to be broken in advance and thus the roof weighting distance and the roof weighting intensity of the coal mining face would be alternatively varied in size. During the periodical roof weighting period, the basic roof would be broken individually in the pressure peak region. With the coal mining face pushing forward, each broken rock bl ock would have rotary subsidence along the coal mining face tendency and the working resistance of the powered supports in the near region would be increased.
