低照度视频技术在综采工作面监控系统的应用

  • 摘要: 为实现综采工作面全景、动态、高清晰度的远程视频监控,将低照度视频技术应用于综采工作面监控系统,介绍了低照度视频技术应用原理和井下图像数据处理方法,并结合色调映射函数等光学计算公式,得到视频监视的镜头视场角参数。通过现场应用验证,应用低照度视频技术的综采工作面监控系统具有实时性好、流畅性佳和清晰度高等优势,能实现在综采工作面复杂、恶劣环境下采煤机、液压支架等设备的远程监控等功能。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve panoramic, dynamic, high definition and remote video monitoring in fully-mechanized coal face, low ilumination video technology was applied to monitoring system of fully-mechanized coal face.Application principle of low illumination video enhancement technology and image data processing method i n underground mine were introduced, combined with optical formula of tone mapping function and others, angle of vision parameters of video monitoring camera was ob tained.Through field application verification, the application of low ilumination video technology to monitoring system of fully-mechanized coal face had superiority real- time, good fluency, high definition, and others.Remote monitoring and other functions of shearers, hydraulic support and other equipments in complex and harsh enviro nments of fully-mechanized coal face could be achieved.
