煤矿高浓度胶结充填材料配比研究

Research on Ratio of High Concentration Cementation Stowing Materials in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为得到煤矿高浓度胶结充填材料的合理配比,在分析煤矿充填开采特点、煤矿对充填材料要求及高浓度胶结充填现状的基础上,分别研究了以粉煤灰、煤矸石、普通硅酸水泥及水为主要充填材料在未添加与添加外加剂时的合理质量配比。结果表明:未添加外加剂时,普通硅酸水泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石、水在质量配比10%∶20%∶50%∶20%时充填材料所形成的充填体效果较好,在该配比的基础上添加普通硅酸水泥质量8%的外加剂,制成的料浆浓度为79%,该充填料浆流动性好,不沁水,无离析,坍落度为280 mm,28 d后抗压强度达5.2 MPa,达到了较好的充填效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the reasonable ratio of high concentration cementation stowing materials for coal mine, this paper researched the stowing materials wh ich was mainly composed by fly ash, gangue, ordinary portland cement and water based on the characteristic of stowing mining, the requirement of stowing materials a nd the technology of high concentration cementation stowing. The tests were carried out under the condition of the materials without and with the admixture respectivel y. Without the admixture, the proper weight ratio of common cement, fly ash, gangue, water was 10% : 20% : 50% : 20%, on this basis of added admixture which wa s taken up 8% of the ordinary portland cementos weight, this stowing material concentration was 79%. The stowing materials had good fluidity, non bleeding, slump wa s 280 mm, after 28 days compressive strength was 5. 2 MPa, which could achieve good stowing effect.
