不同冲击速率下恒阻大变形锚杆动力学特性分析

Analysis on kinetic features of constant resistance high deformed bolt under different impact velocity

  • 摘要: 为了研究恒阻大变形锚杆的动态力学特性,基于恒阻大变形锚杆冲击拉伸试验系统对锚杆进行动力学试验,分析了锚杆在不同速率冲击时的受力和变形等力学特性,采用CAD/CAE多软件集成有限元分析方法,对锚杆在经受冲击时的工作状态进行了数值模拟,并简要介绍了唐口矿工程监测试验的相关结果。室内外试验结果表明:恒阻大变形锚杆承受的冲击力与外界瞬时冲击力呈明显的正比关系,且锚杆变形过程是弹性—塑性,验证了恒阻大变形锚杆具有高恒阻值、大变形量和负泊松比效应的特点。数值模拟与室内试验结果吻合,这不仅体现了有限元分析方法的准确性,也表明运用有限元分析来佐证或替代部分室内试验的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to study dynamic mechanics features of the constant resistance high deformed bolt,based on the impact tensile test system of the constant resistan ce high deformed bolt,the dynamics test was conducted on the bolt. The stress,deformation and other mechanics features of the bolt were analyzed under the different rate impact. The CAD 1 CAE multi software integrated finite element analysis method was applied to the numerical simulation on the working performances of the bolt during the impact period. The paper introduced the related results of the engineering monitoring and measuring test in Tangkou Mine. The indoor and outdoor test results showed that the impact force born by the constant resistance high deformation bolt would be a obvious direct proportion relationship to the external instantaneous impact force. The def ormation process of the bolt would be an elastic and plastic process. The constant high deformation bolt verified would have the features of a high constant resistance valu e,high deformation value and negative poisson's ratio effect. The numerical simulation results showed that the ftting between the numerical simulation and indoor test resul ts would not only show the accuracy of the finite element analysis method,but also could show the feasibility of the finite element analysis method to prove or replace partic al indoor test.
