New Head Rope Replacement Technique of Mine Frictional Hoist and Application

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种矿井摩擦式提升机首绳更换新工艺,主要是用专用U型卡将新旧绳卡接在一起,开动绞车利用旧绳带动新绳将新绳敷设至井底,依靠在井架上的液压调绳装置和快速锁绳器将旧绳替换成新绳,然后反向开车将新旧绳替换。此方法大幅度减少了大型临时设施的使用和井筒作业的安全风险,缩短了施工时间,为提升绞车更换首绳方面提供了相关参考。

     

    Abstract: A new head rope replacement technique was introduced for the mine frictional hoist.A special U type fastener would be applied to fasten the used and ne w ropes together.With the winch in operation, the used rope could drive the new rope down to the mine shaft bottom.With the hydraulic rope adjustment device and the f ast rope locker on the mine shaft headframe, the used rope would be replaced by the new rope and then the used and new rope replacement could be conducted with t he reversed operation of the hoist.This method could highly reduce the application of large temporary facilities and the safety risks of the operations in the mine shaft a nd could reduce the construction time. This method could provide the related references to the head rope replacement of the mine hoist.
