松散膨胀性软岩煤巷围岩稳定性控制研究

Study on Stability Control of Surrounding Rock Along Mine Seam Gateway with Loose and Swelling Soft Rock

  • 摘要: 为有效控制沙吉海煤矿B13-2煤层回采巷道的稳定,对回采巷道围岩进行了微观结构测试、成分分析及室内物理力学试验。结果表明:顶板、底板岩层黏土矿物含量均较高,分别占矿物总含量的43.2%和65.7%;砂砾岩、煤、泥岩的单向抗压强度均较低,强度最大的泥岩仅有13.726 MPa,且泥岩吸水能力强,吸水后强度大幅降低,为此确定了巷道软岩类型属于节理化-膨胀型,依据软岩巷道的变形力学机制及其转化技术,提出了恒阻大变形锚杆(索)+金属网+底角锚杆的耦合支护技术,并将其应用于工程实际。现场监测结果表明,围岩变形较小,顶板最大下沉量、两帮移近量、底鼓量分别为187、212、350 mm,所采用的支护对策能有效地控制沙吉海煤矿松散膨胀性软岩煤巷的稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively contral the stability of the mining gateway in No.B13-2 seam of Shajihai Mine,a microscopic structure measurement and test,a com position analysis and an indoor physic mechanics experiment were conducted on the surrounding rock of the mining gateway.The results showed that a clay mineral Co ntent of the roof and floor were all high and were taken 43.2% and 65.7% of the total mineral content individually.The uniaxial compression strength of the glutinite,coal and mudstone was all low and the max strength of the mudstone was only 13.726 MPa.The water absorption ability of the mudstone was high and after the water absor ption,the strength of the mudstone would be highly reduced.Thus the soft rock type of the gateway determined was jointed-swell and the deformation mechanics mecha nism and conversion technology of the soft rock gateway were determined.A coupling support technology of a constant resistance high deformation bolt(anchor)+ steel mesh + floor angle bolt was provided and applied to the engineering practices.The site monitoring and measuring results showed that the deformation of the surroundin g rock was low,the max roof subsidence,the convergence of the two sidewalls and the floor heave value were 187 ,212 and 350 mm individually and the support effect w as excellent.The support countermeasures applied could effectively control the stability of the seam gateway with loose and swelling soft rocks in Shajihai Mine.
