Optimization Technology of Open Type Backfill Mining with Ultra High Water Material

  • 摘要: 为解决煤层倾角较小时超高水材料开放式充填开采过程中充填率较低的问题,通过现场观测采取抬高充填液面高度的措施提高充填率,并采取沿空留巷和分区域充填的技术措施辅助提高充填率,通过对工作面矿压观测、巷道变形观测、地表下沉观测可知该工艺可以缓解矿压显现强度,极大减少地表下沉及巷道变形。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the low backfill rate problem occurred in the open type backfill mining process with the ultrahigh water material when the inclination of t he seam was low, the theoretical analysis and the site practices method were applied to optimize the traditional open type backfill technique with the ultra high water m aterial.With the site observation, the measures to lift the backfill liquid level were conducted to improve the backfill rate and the gateway retained along the mining gate way and the regional backfill technical measures were applied to improve the backfill rate secondly.With the mine strata pressure observation of the coal mining face, th e mine gateway deformation observation and the surface ground subsidence observation conducted, the technique could release the mine strata pressure behavior inte nsity and could highly reduce the surface ground subsidence and the gateway deformation.
