Research and development on directional drilling key equipment applied to in freezing holes of coal mine inclined shaft

  • 摘要: 为解决目前我国西部斜井冻结施工只能采用立井垂直孔冻结技术的问题,满足斜井沿轴线冻结工艺要求,研制了应用于斜井冻结孔定向钻进关键装备,如近水平小倾角斜井冻结钻机、斜冻结孔冻结管下放装备等,通过无线随钻测斜仪测斜定向技术的现场试验和磁导向测斜定向装备的实验室研究,证明了测斜精度满足要求。这些装备和测斜技术有望解决斜井沿轴线冻结孔钻孔、下放冻结管及钻孔精度难以保证的技术难题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that ground freezing method for inclined shaft was the vertical shaft hole freezing technology in Western China,and adopt to th e requirements of the inclined axis freezing process,it was necessary to study the key equipment for directional drilling in freezing method for inclined shaft. The drilling rig of small inclination angle nearly horizontal surface and installation device of freezing tub had been developed. We had finished the field test of directional technology by wir eless measure while drilling and the laboratory test of magnetic guide technology. The inclinometer accuracy could meet the requirements. The research results were poten tial ways to solve the problem of inclined holes dillig,freezing tub installation and drilling accuracy.
