煤巷穿层钻孔割缝组合强化增透技术的应用

Application on Enhanced Permeability Improvement Technology of Slotting Cross Boreholes Combined with Conventional Cross Boreholes in Coal Drift

  • 摘要: 针对普通穿层钻孔条带布置掩护煤巷掘进增透效果差、卸压不充分的问题,提出了穿层钻孔割缝组合强化增透技术,研究了其增透机制,并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明,穿层割缝钻孔和普通穿层钻孔的卸压带相互贯通形成整体卸压,显著降低控制区域内煤体应力,强化增透效果更为明显。现场试验结果表明,采用该技术措施后,抽采平均纯瓦斯流量提高了3.42倍,瓦斯涌出初速度平均降低了27.0%、钻屑量平均降低了3.2%,未出现超标现象,达到了消突的目的。

     

    Abstract: According to a poor permeability improvement effect and pressure releasing insufficient problems of the shield coal drift driving with conventional cross b orehole strip layout, the enhanced permeability improvement technology of slotting cross boreholes combined with conventional cross boreholes was provided. The pap er studied the permeability improvement mechanism and site application of the technology was conducted. The study results showed the pressure releasing zone of the slotting cross borehole and the conventional cross borehole could be mutually connected to have integrated pressure releasing, and it could obviously reduce the seam stress in the control region and the enhanced permeability improvement effect would be more obvious. The site trial results showed after the technical measures applie d, the average pure gas flow of the gas drainage increased by 3. 42 times, the initial velocity of the gas emission reduced by 27.0%, the drilling cuttings quantity reduc ed by 3.2%, there was no overlimit phenomenon occurred and the target to eliminate the outburst was reached.
