地面水平分支孔注浆超前治理奥灰底板突水技术

Ordovician Limestone floor inrush water advance treatment technology with surface horizontal branch borehole grouting

  • 摘要: 为解决煤层底板高承压奥灰水的突水问题,九龙矿采用区域超前治理方法对15445N工作面的奥灰含水层进行底板突水防治。通过地面水平定向分支钻孔注浆,封堵含水层顶部的导水通道,增加隔水层厚度,并在回采工作面外围巷道构筑防水闸门,实施疏水降压;并经对底板承压含水层的水压和水质检测监控,及时掌握涌水水源及水质变化情况,并验证封堵效果。试验结果表明:15445N工作面安全回采400 m后,3号钻孔的最大涌水量从30 m3/h下降为18 m3/h,回采期间工作面正常涌水量降为48 m3/h,对该区域奥灰水超前治理取得了良好效果,实现了带压安全开采的目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the water inrush from the high pressurized Ordovician Limestone water of the seam floor, a regional advance treatment method was app lied to the water inrush prevention and control of the Ordovician Limestone aquifer in No. 15445 N coal mining face. With the surface horizontal directional branch bore hole grouting, the water flow channel at the top of the aquifer was sealed and the thickness of the water isolation layer was increased. Then a water prevention gate wa s set at the external gateway of the coal mining face and a water drainage and pressure releasing were conducted. Finally with the detection and monitoring control on t he water pressure and water quality of the floor pressurized aquifer, the water inflow sources and water quality variation could be timely mastered and the sealing effect could be verified. The test results showed that after the 400 m safety mining of No. 15445 N coal mining face advanced forward, the max water inflow quantity of No.3 borehole was reduced from 30 m3/ h to 18 m3/ h and a normal water flow quantity from the floor during the mining period was 48 m3/ h. A good effect was obtained fro m the advance treatment of the Ordovician Limestone water in the region and a target of the pressurized safety mining was realized.
