支架回撤牵引机的设计研究

Design Study on Tractor for Hydraulic Powered Support Withdrawn

  • 摘要: 针对综采工作面液压支架拆卸主要采用液压绞车托拽的方式,存在断绳、飞滑等严重安全隐患,且劳动强度大等问题,提出了采用支架回撤牵引机的内外辅巷多通道快速回撤新工艺,重点阐述了支架回撤牵引机回撤工艺、结构组成与工作原理。试验证明,使用支架回撤牵引机,可实现液压支架回撤过程中拆卸的机械化作业,提高液压支架回撤效率与安全性。

     

    Abstract: According to the disassembling of the hydraulic powered supports applied to the fully mechanized coal mining face was mainly made with the hydraulic winch for pulling and there were a steel rope broken, slipping and other serious safety dangers, and high labor intensity as well as other problems, a new and rapid with drawing technique with multi gateways in and out off the coal mining face based on the tractor of the hydraulic powered support withdrawn was provided.The paper stat ed the withdrawing technique of the tractor for the hydraulic powered support withdrawn, the structure composition and the working principle.The trials showed that with the application of the tractor for the hydraulic powered support withdrawn, a mechanized operation of the disassembling could be realized during the hydraulic powered support withdrawing and the efficiency and safety of the hydraulic powered support withdrawing would be improved.
