  • 摘要: 为提高夹矸煤层综采工作面采出率,采用适应夹矸变化的割煤方式,依据不同夹矸层参数选择合理的作业方式,实现了夹矸煤层综采工作面的高效回采。实践表明:利用顶板来压和底鼓作用,滚筒可直接切割煤层顶底夹矸;对于煤层中部夹矸,当普氏系数f≤4.5,厚度小于0.2 m时,可利用滚筒割落;厚度为0.2~0.5 m时,采用单排眼布置放松动炮处理夹矸,厚度为0.5~0.7 m时,采用双排眼布置放松动炮处理夹矸,1次震动炮满足2个割煤循环,实现了夹矸处理与割煤。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the coal mining efficiency of the fully mechanized coal mining face in seam with partings, a coal cutting method suitable for the variat ion of the partings was applied According to the different parting parameters, a rational operation method was selected and a high efficient mining of the fully mechaniz ed coal mining face in seam with partings was realized.The practices showed that with the roof pressurized and the floor heave, the cutting drum of the coal shearer Co uld directly cut the top and bottom partings of the seam.As for the parting in the middle of the seam, when Protodyakonov coefficient of the parting was fs4.5 and the thi ckness of the parting was 0.2 m, the cutting drum of the coal shearer could be applied to cut the partings.When the thickness of the parting was 0.20.5 m, the partings C ould be handled with the loose blasting with a single raw layout of boreholes.When the thickness of the parting was 0.5~ 0.7 m, a loose blasting with double raw layout of boreholes could be applied to handle the partings.One vibration blasting could meet a coal cutting cycles and thus a optimized matching of the parting handling and C oal cutting could be realized.
