低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸机理研究

Study on Gas Explosion Mechanism in Low Gassy Mine

  • 摘要: 为分析低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸机理,阐述了低瓦斯矿井瓦斯爆炸的必要条件和爆炸原因。以潞安新疆公司一矿一起低瓦斯爆炸事故为例,对此瓦斯爆炸的过程和原因进行了说明和研究。结果表明:由于煤炭自然发火使爆点周围具有火源,导致火点周围煤体高温干馏,而高温干馏过程产生了大量可燃、可爆气体,使得密闭火区新鲜空气迅速减少,经检测,混合气体中氧气体积分数在12%以上,且距火点300 m以外的回风流中瓦斯体积分数达到2.13%,据推算,火源点处瓦斯浓度更高。由于满足了瓦斯爆炸的三要素(瓦斯、火源、氧气)条件,导致爆炸事故发生。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the gas explosion mechanism in low gassy mine, the paper stated the necessary condition and the explosion cause of the gas explosi on in the low gassy mine.Taking one low gas explosion accident occurred in No.1 Mine of Lu'an Xinjiang Company as an example, the paper explained and studied the process and cause of the gas explosion.The results showed that due to the coal spontaneous combustion make the fire source around the explosion point, high temper ature carbonizations would occur in the seam around the fire point.During the high temperature carbonization process, great combusted and explosive gas would be rel eased and the fresh air in the sealed fired zone would be rapidly reduced.With the detection, the oxygen volume fraction in the mixed gas was over 12% and the gas vol ume fraction in the air return flow was 2.13% with a distance of 300 m to the fired point.According to the calculation, the gas content at the fired point would more highe r.Due to meet the three factor conditions of the gas explosion (gas, fire, oxygen),a gas explosion accident would occure.
