一进两回Y型通风采空区气体分布数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on Air Distribution in Mining Goaf with One Intake and Two Air Returning Y Type Ventilation

  • 摘要: 为了掌握Y型通风采空区气体分布规律,根据现场实际建立了一进两回Y型通风采空区物理模型,运用Fluent软件对一进两回Y型通风采空区漏风流场、漏风量和瓦斯浓度分布进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:随至下隅角距离的增大,工作面向采空区的漏风量减小,在上隅角附近漏风量急剧增大;沿采空区长度方向,越靠近采空区深部瓦斯浓度越大;沿工作面方向靠近运输巷侧瓦斯浓度低,靠近沿空留巷侧瓦斯浓度高。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the air distribution law of goaf with Y type ventilation, according to the site actual condition, a physicalmodel of goaf with one intake an d two air retuning Y type ventilation was established.The Fluent software was applied to the numerical simulation study on the air leakage flow field of goaf with one inta ke and two returning Y type ventilation, the air leakage quantity and the gas concentration distribution. The results showed that with the lower corner distance increased, the air leakage from the coal mining face to the goaf would reduce and the air leakage quantity near the upper corner would seriously increase .Along the length of the g oaf, the gas concentration would be higher when more closely to the goaf in deep mine . Along the direction of the coal mining face, the gas concentration near the side of the transportation gateway would be low and the gas concentration near the side of the goaf would be high.
