障碍物对泡沫金属阻抑瓦斯爆炸影响的试验研究

Experimental study on obstacles affected to foam metal to inhibit gas explosion

  • 摘要: 泡沫铁镍金属具有阻隔瓦斯爆炸作用,为研究煤矿井下障碍物对泡沫铁镍金属阻抑瓦斯爆炸效果的影响,利用瓦斯煤尘爆炸系统,对阻塞率15%、25%、40%,1层、3层、5层障碍物进行阻抑对比试验。试验结果表明:在放置障碍物后,泡沫铁镍金属在管道内对瓦斯爆炸超压、火焰速度阻抑作用降低;对瓦斯爆炸超压阻抑作用降低更明显,在放置5层、阻塞率25%障碍物和5层、阻塞率40%障碍物时,泡沫铁镍金属失去在管道内对瓦斯爆炸超压阻抑作用。障碍物阻塞率和层数是影响泡沫铁镍金属阻抑瓦斯爆炸效果的2个因素,定义了阻塞率和层数的乘积为障碍物影响极限,得到当障碍物影响极限值达到125%及以上时,泡沫铁镍金属失去在管道内对瓦斯爆炸超压阻抑作用。

     

    Abstract: A foam nickel iron metal could have a function to isolate the gas explosion,in order to study the obstacles existed in the underground mine affected to the inhibited gas explosion effect of the foam nickel iron metal,a mine gas and coal dust explosion system was applied to the inhibition comparison tests on one layer,three layers and five layers obstacles individually with a blocking rate of 15%,25% and 40%. The test results showed that after the obstacles placed,the foam iron nickel metal could reduce the overpressure of the gas explosion and the flame speed inhibited function in the pipeline. The inhibition function of the gas explosion overpressure was obviously reduced. When the five layers obstacles with the blocking rate of 25% and the five layers obstacles with the blocking rate of 40% were placed,the foam iron nickel metal lost the inhibition function of the gas explosion overpressure in the pipeline. The blocking rate and the layers of the obstacles were the two factors affected to the inhibited gas explosion effect of the foam iron nickel metal. The product of the blocking rate and the layers were defined as the limit affected to the obstacles. When the influence limit of the obstacles reached at 125% or above,the foam iron nickel metal would lose the inhibition function of the gas explosion overpressure in the pipeline.
