施工扰动下深井硐室衬砌结构受力及稳定性分析

Mechanics and Stabilization Analysis on Lining Structure of Chamber Under Disturbed Effects by Excavation in Deep Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 通过现场实测获得了深部矿井中央水泵房及相关硐室衬砌结构内力和变形的实时分布规律,分析了吸水井、配水井及配水巷的掘进施工对水泵房硐室衬砌结构的扰动影响。结果表明:吸水井、配水井施工扰动期间,上部衬砌结构直墙和拱底产生了竖向受拉效应,同时顶、拱部环向钢筋应力和混凝土应变急剧增长,其中顶部环向钢筋应力平均变化速率较扰动前增大约4.2倍,衬砌结构顶拱受力接近其极限状态。基于实时受力特性分析,有针对性地对围岩与支护结构进行及时加固,有效控制了围岩与支护结构的稳定。

     

    Abstract: Based on the on-site monitoring of secondary lining structure in the pump house and connected chamber of deep coal mine, the real-time distributed law of internal force and deformation were obtained. The disturbed effects which were caused by the pumping well chamber, distribution well chamber and water distribution roadway excavation, leading to existing secondary lining structure of pump house were analyzed. The results showed that during the pumping well chamber, distribution well chamber and water distribution roadway were excavating, the straight wall and arch bottom of lining structure were being tensile in vertical. Both of the reinforceme nt hoop stress and concrete hoop strain in the top and arch of structure were increasing rapidly, the average rate of reinforcement hoop stress in top structure was4. 2 ti mes as undisturbed, and the lining structure reaches its ultimate state in top and arch. According to real mechanics analysis of lining structure, surrounding rock and lini ng structure were purposefully reinforced in time, and stability was controlled effectively.
