刮板输送机液力偶合器软启动系统研发
Research and Development on Soft Start System with Scraper Conveyor Hydraulic Coupling

摘要: 针对刮板输送机驱动系统存在的难启动、多机驱动功率不平衡等问题,研发了阀控充液型液力偶合器软启动系统。介绍了阀控充液型液力偶合器软启动系统的组成、工作原理及关键技术:采用流场仿真技术进行了叶轮腔型、结构及强度设计,研制成功了高强度铜合金叶轮;设计了基于磁悬浮技术的泵轮组件浮动支承结构及涡轮支承结构,提高了配套电动机与减速器轴承的可靠性;供水循环回路中,设置了阻垢器,消除了因水结垢引起的偶合器的运行故障,提高了偶合器的运行可靠性;通过设计进水密封,彻底消除了偶合器运行过程的过充现象;分立式组合控制阀及供水系统可以实现偶合器的开式和闭式运行选择。最后经实验室试验及工业性试验证实了该偶合器的性能可靠。Abstract: According to the dificult start, unbalanced multi motor driving power and other problems existed in a driving system of the scraper conveyor, a soft start system with a valve controlled flling type hydraulic coupling was researched and developed. The paper introduced the composition, working principle and key technolog y of the soft start system with the valve controlled flling type hydraulic coupling. A flow field simulation technology was applied to the design of the impeller chamber mo de, structure and strength and a high strength copper alloy impeller was successully researched and developed. Based on a magnetic suspension technology, a floatin g support structure of the pump wheel component and a worm wheel support structure were designed and a reliability of the matching electric motor and the speed redu cerDs bearing was improved. A scale inhibiter was set up in a water supply circulated loop to eliminate a coupling operation fault caused by the water scale and to impr ove the reliability of the coupling operation. With a design on a supply water sealing, an overilling phenomenon occurred in the operation process of the coupling was C ompletely eliminated. A segmented vertical type combined control valve and water supply system could be applied to realize a selection of an open or close operation fo r the coupling. The reliable performances of the coupling were approved by the lab experiment and industrial experiment.
