抑制煤自燃的脱氧剂耗氧与阻化效果试验研究

Experimental study on oxygen consumption and resistance performance of deoxidizer to inhibit coal combustion

  • 摘要: 为改善阻化剂抑制煤自燃的效果,通过正交试验,配制出由铁粉、氯化物无机盐、硅藻土组成,具有快速耗氧与阻化双重作用的脱氧剂。根据不同配比脱氧剂达到最大阻化率(0.75)和耗氧浓度(5%)时间之和,耦合分析添加不同阻化剂(Na Cl,CaCl2和MgCl2)的脱氧剂在快速耗氧和阻化2方面的最佳效果。结果表明,添加NaCl,CaCl2和MgCl2三种无机盐的脱氧剂对快速耗氧和阻化的时长促进作用的显著性从大到小为MgCl2、Na Cl、CaCl2。因此添加CaCl2作为阻化剂的脱氧剂抑制煤自燃的效果最好,确定其最佳配比为1.5 g还原性铁粉、0.6 g硅藻土和0.3 g CaCl2,质量比为5∶2∶1。通过测定脱氧剂作用于不同粒径煤样消耗氧气的快慢与CO产生量,结果显示煤样粒径越大,阻化率越大,耗氧越快,对抑制煤样自燃的效果最好。针对某矿密闭墙距21102工作面300 m氧气体积分数依然高达14%的情况,采用脱氧剂喷洒系统注入脱氧剂,注入后监测到氧气体积分数由14%降低到4%,达到了快速抑制煤自燃的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the inhibitory effect of the inhibitor on the spontaneous combustion of coal,an deoxidizer with rapid oxygen consumption and resistance and inhibition was prepared by orthogonal test and composed of iron powder,chloride inorganic salt and diatomite.According to the sum of the maximum inhibition ratio (0.75) and the oxygen consumption concentration (5%),the deoxidizers with different inhibitors (NaCl,CaCl2,and MgCl2) are coupled in the analysis of the best results the rapid oxygen consumption and inhibition.The results show that the effect of the deoxidizers containing three inorganic salts of NaCl,CaCl2 and MgCl2 on the rapid promotion of oxygen consumption and inhibition is significant from large to small as MgCl2,NaCl and CaCl2.Therefore,the deoxidizer with CaCl2 as inhibitor is the most effective in inhibiting coal spontaneous combustion.Well,the optimum ratio is 1.5 g of reducing iron powder,0.6 g of diatomite and 0.3 g of CaCl2,and the mass ratio is 5∶2∶1.By measuring the deoxidizer’s effect on the consumption of oxygen and CO production in coal samples with different particle sizes,the results show that the larger the coal particle size,the greater the inhibition rate,the faster the oxygen consumption,and the best effect on inhibiting spontaneous combustion of coal samples.For a mine with a distance of 300 m from the closed wall to No.21102 work face,oxygen volume fraction is still as high as 14%.After the deoxidizer is injected into the deoxidizer spraying system,the oxygen volume fraction is reduced from 14% to 4%,and the effect of rapid suppression of coal spontaneous combustion is achieved.
