矿用高压大流量乳化液泵站应用现状及发展趋势

Current status of application and development trend of mining high-pressure and large-flow-rate emulsion pump station

  • 摘要: 在明确煤矿高压大流量乳化液泵站存在的主要技术瓶颈的基础上,重点从泵站系统配置、流量和压力等级、泵站控制技术、压力控制技术以及泵站结构特点等方面,对国内外典型的高压大流量乳化液泵站的技术特点及研究成果进行了概述,归纳了国内外高压大流量乳化液泵站存在的技术差距,并指出变频控制与电磁卸荷智能化耦合的泵站控制系统是高压大流量乳化液泵站发展的必然趋势,依靠高精端传感器的在线智能诊断功能是未来的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Based on the understanding of the main technical difficult for high-pressure and large-flow-rate mining emulsion pump station,the technical characteristics and research outcomes of several typical domestic and foreign high-pressure and large-flow-rate emulsion pump station were presented,in terms of pump system configura tion,the level of pressure and flow rate ,the control pattern,the pressure control pattern and structural features. The technology gap between domestic and foreign high-pres sure and large-flow-rate emulsion pump station was summarized. Finally,the technology trends of the high-pressure and large-flow-rate emulsion pump station were also pr. edicted.The inevitable developing trend was that the emulsion pump station combined with the control system using frequency control in conjunction with the electro-hydra ulic unloading technic and the on-line intelligent diagnostic capabilities based on the high-precision sensors.
