三产品液固流化床对难选粗煤泥逐步分离过程研究

Study on difficult prepared coarse slimegradual separation process of three products liquid and solid fluidized bed

  • 摘要: 针对传统液固流化床对难选粗煤泥分选效果差的问题,构建了三产品液固流化床为主的试验系统,对难选粗煤泥的逐步分离过程进行研究。开展了不同参数条件下的单因素试验,探索了物料在下分选室初步分离及上分选室再次分离的分选过程,并将试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:床层压力及上升水流对物料的分离分选影响显著,当下分选室床层压力12 k Pa、上升水量0.4 m3/h以及上分选室床层压力5 k Pa、上升水量0.1 m3/h时,尾煤灰分最高,精煤灰分最低,难选粗煤泥的分离分选效果最好。

     

    Abstract: According to the poor separation effect of the difficult prepared coarse slime with the traditional liquid and solid fluidized bed,a test system mainly with the t hree products liquid and solid fluidized bed was established and applied to the study on the gradual separation process of the difficult prepared coarse slime. A single facto r conducted under the condition of the different parameter was applied to discover the material separation process with the primary separation chamber in the lower chamb er and re-separation in the top chamber. A comparison analysis was conducted on the test results. The study results showed that the bedding pressure and the upflow wate r flow would obviously be affected to the separation and preparation of the material. When the bedding pressure of the lower chamber was 12 k Pa,the upflow water quantit y was 0. 4 m3/ h,the bedding pressure of the top separation chamber was 5 k Pa and the upflow water quantity was 0. 1m3/ h,the ash content of the tail coal would be the highest,the ash content of the cleaned coal would be the lowest and the separation and preparation effect of the difficult prepared coarse slime would be the best.
