Application Mode and Key Technology of Internet of Things Faced to Coal Mine Safety Production

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿安全生产过程中人、物、环境等事故致因要素,提出基于物联网的煤矿安全生产监控系统建设模式,以及有线/无线混合结构煤矿移动设备无线宽带传输与控制模式。在突破移动设备宽带无线监控、故障诊断技术、移动设备检测识别、"三机"协同控制等关键技术的基础上,将各类传感器、生产环境、生产过程及设备、信息获取与传输、信息智能处理与决策等安全生产的全过程进行关联融合,实现事故的超前感知、预测预警、智能处置和生产环节的可视可控。

     

    Abstract: According to the men,object,environment and other factors to cause the accidents during the mine safety production process,based on the internet of thi ngs,a building mode of the mine safety production monitoring and control system was provided including the wireless wide-band transmission and control mode of the m ine mobile equipment with a wire/wireless combined structure.Based on the wide-band wireless monitoring and control of the mobile equipment,trouble diagnosis techn ology,detection and recognition of the mobile equipment,three equipment coordinated control and key technology,the relevant integration was conducted on each senso r,production environment,production process and equipment,information acquisition and transmission,information intelligent processing and decision,and other safety pr oduction full process.Thus the advance perception of the accident,prediction and early warning,intelligent processing and production visual and controllable could be re alized.
