大漏风火区下浅埋深煤层工作面防灭火技术研究

Research on Fire Prevention Technology of Coal Mining Face in Shallow Depth Seam Under Large Air Leakage Firing Zone

  • 摘要: 针对龙华煤矿3-1煤层30106及30107工作面埋深浅,工作面上方存在2-2煤层大漏风火区,火区范围广等难题,结合2-2煤层火区的特点,采取了注浆封堵技术、注氮防灭火、30106及30107工作面均压通风等综合治理措施,使30106工作面上方钻孔内的CO体积分数由12 000×10-6降至300×10-6以下,上隅角CO体积分数基本维持在24×10-6以下,确保了工作面的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: According to No.30106 and No. 30107 coal mining faces in No. 3-1seam of Longhua Mine had shallow mining depths and above the coal mining faces w as a large air leakage firing zone in No.2-2seam, the scope of firing zone was large and other problems, in combination with the firing zone features in No.2-2seam, th e comprehensive control measures were conducted, including grouting sealing technology, nitrogen injection for fire prevention and control, pressure balanced ventilati on for No.30106 and No. 30107 coal mining face. The CO volume fraction in the borehole above No. 30106 coal mining face was reduced from 12 000 x 10-6to below 3 00 x 10-6and the CO volume fraction at the upper corner was basically kept below 24 x 10-6. The safety mining and withdrawing of the coal mining face was ensured.
