液压支架电液控制器设计与实现

Design and Realization of Electric and Hydraulic Controller for Hydraulic Powered Support

  • 摘要: 针对液压支架电液控制系统核心部件电液控制器主要依赖进口,制约了我国煤矿综采技术快速发展的现状,设计了以ATmega128为核心处理器的液压支架电液控制器,硬件平台基于模块化架构的设计理念,软件系统采用分层设计思路。通过试验验证该液压支架控制系统基本功能与性能可以满足综采工作面的生产需要,为我国煤矿生产企业核心部件国产化提供研究基础和参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the present status of the key components mainly relied on import for the electric and hydraulic controller in the electric and hydraulic control system of the hydraulic powered support and restricted the rapid development of the fully mechanized coal mining technology in China coal mines, the electric and hydr aulic controller of the hydraulic powered support was designed with the ATmega128 as the key processor.The hardware platform was based on the design conception of the module structure and the lamination design idea was applied to the software system.With the test confirmation, the basic function and performances of the control s ystem for the hydraulic powered support could meet the production requirements of the fully mechanized coal mining face and could provide the research base and refe rences to China coal production enterprises to domestically make the key components.
