Real Time Measuring and Control System Based on Regional Site Bus of Mine Ventilation Gas

  • 摘要: 为解决煤矿瓦斯事故中的通风、未断电等问题,开发了煤矿安全生产监测监控新技术基础体系,即煤矿通风瓦斯面域化全方位综合集成实时监测监控系统,以及神经元实时网络LonWorks现场总线煤矿安全生产监测监控技术体系,同时开发了巷道风量、风向、绝对风压传感器和风筒风量监测装置。经在西山煤电集团屯兰煤矿等70余个煤矿的推广应用,实践结果表明,该煤矿安全生产监测监控新技术可有效解决整个矿井同步实时响应、同步关联测控技术难题,以及瓦斯流动区域多级超前断电等技术难题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the ventilation, non power-off and other problems of a mine gas accident, a new technical basic system of a mine safety production mon itoring and control was developed and was a regional full direction comprehensive integrated real time measuring and control system in mine ventilation gas and a mine safety production measuring and control technical system of the site bus in a nervous element real time network LonWorks.Meanwhile, the mine roadway ventilation qu antity, ventilation direction, absolute air pressure sensors and the monitoring and measuring device of the ventilation quantity in the air duct were developed.With the ap plication of the system and technology to Tunlan Mine of Xishan Coal and Electric Power Group and over 70 other coal mines, the practice results showed that the new mine safety production monitoring and control technology could effectively solve the synchronous real time response and the synchronous related measuring and contro I technology in the mine, the multi pilot power-off in gas flow region and other technical problems.
