基于随机介质理论的综放开采顶煤放出规律研究

  • 摘要: 为了进一步弄清综放开采顶煤放出规律,利用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,对综放开采放煤过程中顶煤放出体的动态演化进行了研究,指出了传统椭球体理论分析顶煤放出体形态的局限性。研究结果表明:数值模拟所得顶煤放出体形态及其演化规律与理论分析结果吻合较好,证明将随机介质理论应用于分析综放开采放煤过程是可行的;放出体高度较小时,放出体呈尾梁切割类球形,传统椭球体理论的适用性较低,随着放出体高度的增加,放出体逐渐转化为尾梁切割类椭球状,其轴偏角逐渐减小;综放开采所放主要为尾梁后上方顶煤;同一放出体高度,周期放煤所放顶煤量较初始放煤多,轴偏角亦较初始放煤大。

     

    Abstract: In order to further understand the top coal caving law of the fully-mechanized top coal mining, a theoretical analysis and a numerical simulation combined method was applied to study the dynamic evolution of the top coal caving during the top coal caving process of the fully-mechanized top coal mining. The paper pointed out the limit of the conventional ellipsoid theory applied to analyze the top coal caving form. The study results showed that the top coal caving form and the evolution law obtained from the numerical simulation could be well fitted with the theoretical analysis results and showed that the random medium theory would be feasible applied to the analysis on the caving process of the fully-mechanized top coal caving. When the top coal caving height was small, the caving mass would be cutting spheres at the tail beam. The suitability of the conventional ellipsoid theory would be low. With the caving height increased, the caving mass would be steadily changed to be cutting spheres at the tail beam and the shaft deflection angle would be steadily reduced. The caving of the fully-mechanized top caving mining mainly would be the top coal above the tail beam. At a same caving height, the top coal caving quantity of the periodical caving would be higher than the initial top coal caving quantity and the shaft deflection angle would be higher than the initial top coal caving.
