Design on Automatic Processing System of Full Coal Quality Analysis Procedure

  • 摘要: 针对煤质分析过程中人为因素造成的数据错误、计算误差、复检等问题,设计一种煤质分析全流程自动化处理系统,系统硬件接口采用RS485/422到TCP/IP数据透明传输技术,编程开发了基于GB/T 212—2008等国家标准数学公式的计算处理程序来完成检验数据的自动分析处理。结果表明:该系统原始检验数据提取阶段降低了传统方法产生错误的概率,数据分析处理阶段实现了自动化,提高了效率和时效性。同时,系统具有良好的可扩展性,可根据煤质检验要求,无缝地增加检测仪器终端以及软、硬件接口程序或数学公式模型。

     

    Abstract: According to the data mistakes, calculation error, reinspection and other problems caused by the artificial factors during the analysis process of the coal quality, an automatic processing system of a coal quality analysis process was designed.The RS485/422 to TCP/IP data transparent transmission technology was applie d to the interface of the system hardware. The calculation processing program was programmed and developed based on the GB/T 212- -2008 standard and other nation al standard mathematic formula and was applied to complete the automatic analysis and processing of the inspection data.The results showed that the original inspectio n data collection stage of the automatic processing system could reduce the mistaken probability occurred by the traditional method.The data analysis processing stage could be realized automatically and could improve the efficiency and timeliness.Meanwhile the system could have an excellent scalability and according to the demands of the coal quality inspection requirements, the inspection instrument terminals, soft and hardware interface program or mathematic formula model could be added sea mlessly.
