Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of low loading and unloading efficiency, high labor intensity, complex reloading links and many potential safety hazards when hydraulic support was transported into the cage of coal mine shaft by flat truck, this paper applied innovative TRIZ principles to develop a special transporter and transportation technology for heavy hydraulic support shaft transportation. The bracket truck adopted U-shaped frame trailer with self-loading and self-unloading function as a support structure of the bracket, and could quickly connect and disconnect with the tractor through a quick change mechanism. When the cage was transported, the U-shaped trailer and its loaded hydraulic support were integrally drawn into the tank and transported to the underground, and were hauled into and out of the cage by the multi-functional tractor. Compared with the currently used flatbed transport mode, the transporting process of the transporter done not require secondary reloading and auxiliary lifting equipment, and could directly transport the hydraulic support to the coal mining face, thereby improving transportation efficiency and safety. The results of the industrial test of the mine showed that compared with the flatbed transportation process, the direct cost increase of equipment and labor was only 22.6%, and its transportation efficiency could be increased by 70.8%, which provided an efficient and safe trackless transportation technology for heavy hydraulic support vertical shaft cage transportation in coal mine.
