摘要: 从刮板输送机动力学与控制要求出发,提出了刮板输送机软启动与负载均衡解耦控制的观点,并给出了控制框图。根据控制方法的要求,提出了变充液量下的液力偶合器外特性的Sigmoid函数模型,在此基础上,对液力偶合器模型进行了局部和全局线性化,得到了液力偶合器的线性化模型。该模型可直接用于刮板输送机控制系统性能分析。Abstract: From the mechanics and the control requirements of the scraper conveyor, a view between the soft start and load balance coupling control of the scraper conveyor was provided and a contral diagram was provided.According to the requirements of the control method, the Sigmoid function mode of the liquid coupling featur es under the varied liquid flling quantity was provided.Based on the circumstances, the local and full linearization was conducted on the liquid coupling model and the li nearization model of the liquid coupling was obtained.The model could directly applied to the analysis on the control system performances of the scraper conveyor.
