炼焦中煤矿物学特性及再选试验研究

摘要: 为缓解我国炼焦用煤资源短缺问题,提高煤炭利用效率,以淮北选煤厂重介选中煤为研究对象,对炼焦中煤的矿物学特性进行了研究。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对煤样的物相组成和不同密度级煤样的矿物嵌布特征进行了分析,以确定合理的破碎粒度,并分析了破碎产物的解离程度。结果表明:炼焦中煤中的矿物质以黏土类矿物质为主;扫描电镜对破碎产物解离程度的分析表明,将煤样破碎至-0.5 mm可达到较好的解离效果,通过分步释放浮选试验得到产率22.05%、灰分12.93%的精煤。Abstract: In order to release the shortage problems of the coking coal resources in China and to improve the coal uillization efficiency, talking the heave medium middlings from Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant as a study object, a systematic study was conducted on the mineralogy features of the coking middlings.The X-ray diffrac tion and the scanning electron microscope were individually applied to analyze the phase composition of the coal samples and the mineral dissemination features of the different density coal samples to determine the rational crushed particle size.The liberation degree of crushed products was analysd.The results showed that the minera Is in the coking middlings would be clay mineral mainly.The analysis on the liberation degree of the crushed products with the scanning electron microscope showed tha t the coal samples crushed t0-0.5 mm could have a good liberation effect.With the progressive released floatation experiment, cleaned coal with production rate of 22.0 5% and ash content of 12.93% could be obtained.
