井下细水雾防灭火技术应用现状及发展趋势

Application status and development tendency of fire prevention and extinguishing technology with water mist in underground mine

  • 摘要: 为明确细水雾防灭火技术在煤矿井下的应用现状及发展方向,以充分发挥该项技术的作用,从外因火灾和采空区内因火灾两方面入手,对井下细水雾防灭火技术的应用现状进行总结,对基于细水雾防灭火技术工程实践的发展趋势进行了展望。从细水雾理化特性和井下工程实践等方面对其进行可行性分析,指出了未来应用过程中亟待解决的关键技术难题。研究结果表明:井下细水雾防灭火技术具有较高的研究价值,行业内应当尽早建立相应的煤矿井下细水雾使用技术规范。

     

    Abstract: In order to make clear the application status and development tendency of fire prevention and extinguishing technology with water mist underground mine,a nd fully play the role of the technology,from the two aspects of exogenous fire disaster and spontaneous fire disaster in the goaf,the paper summarized the application stat us of fire prevention and extinguishing technology with water mist underground mine and prospected on the development tendency of engineering practices based on fire p revention and extinguishing technology with water mist. A feasible analysis was conducted on the water mist physicochemical features,engineering practices underground mine and other aspects and the paper pointed out the key technical problems of application process to be solved in the future. The study results showed that fire preventio n and extinguishing technology with water mist could have high study value and the relevant technical specification of water spraying application underground coal mine sh ould be set up as early as possible in the coal industry.
