矿用高分子注浆加固材料性能特点及研究方向

Performances Features and Research Orientation of Mine High Molecular Grouting Reinforced Material

  • 摘要: 分析了高分子注浆加固材料的性能缺陷及其在煤矿井下应用中的不足,指出材料本身反应温度过高、阻燃性不够、应用针对性不强等是井下高分子注浆加固材料引发次生灾害的主要原因。因此,提出反应温度低、无有害阻燃剂掺加和成本低廉等是未来高分子注浆加固材料的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: The paper had an analysis on the performance disadvantages of the high molecular grouting reinforced material and the disadvantages existed in the ma terial application in underground mine.The paper pointed out that the over higher reaction temperature of the material,insufficient combustion resistance,poor applicatio n pertinence and others would be the main causes of the secondary disasters by the high molecular grouting reinforced material.Therefore a low reaction temperature a nd non harm combustion resister added and a low cost would be the research orientation of the high molecular grouting reinforced material.
