U型通风上隅角瓦斯浓度超限治理理论与模拟

Theory and Simulation on Over Limit Control of Gas Concentration in Upper Corner of U Type Ventilation in Underground Mine

  • 摘要: 针对U型通风上隅角瓦斯浓度容易超限的难题,采用解析法研究了U型通风的漏风场和由插管抽采产生的流场,结合二号斜井A504回采工作面参数,采用Fluent软件分别模拟了仅上隅角封堵及上隅角封堵联合插管抽采的瓦斯治理效果。结果表明,仅上隅角封堵治理瓦斯效果有限,封堵上隅角与插管抽采采空区瓦斯联合作用是治理U型通风上隅角瓦斯浓度超限的根本措施。

     

    Abstract: According to the dfficult problem of the gas concentration easy over limit in the upper corner of the U type ventilation in the underground mine, an analyt ical method was applied to study on the air leakage field of the U type ventilation and the air flow filed caused by the pipeline gas drainage.In combination with the para meters of No.A504 coal mining face in No.2 Mine inclined shaft, the Fluent software was applied to the simulation of the gas control effect of the upper corner sealing 0 nly and the combined pipeline gas drainage in the upper corner sealing.The results showed that the gas control effect of the upper corner sealing was limited and the C ombined effect of the upper corner sealing and the pipeline gas drainage in the goaf would be the basic measure to control the gas concentration over limit in the upper corner of the U type ventilation.
