连续断裂区域巷道失稳机理及控制技术研究

Study on instability mechanism and control technology of mine roadway in continued breaking region

  • 摘要: 为了研究方庄一矿-400 m大巷在穿越断层破碎带时,围岩松动范围大、控制难度大的问题,采用现场调查、数值模拟和现场工业试验等方法,对该矿地质构造背景、断裂形式、断裂周围应力场和位移场分布形式进行了分析,认为-400 m大巷围岩失稳是连续断裂构造区破碎围岩、复杂应力环境、支护方式、采动影响等共同作用的结果;采用数值模拟分析了巷道穿越连续断层时,其围岩应力、位移和塑性区的分布规律;在围岩松动破坏范围测试的基础上,提出了锚网索联合支护配合U型钢封闭支架及围岩注浆加固的主被动联合支护技术。工业性试验表明,在观测的180天内,两帮最大移近量70 mm,顶底板39 mm,与未采取联合支护的同类型巷道相比,位移减少了450 mm左右,整体加固效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the problems of a large loose scope in the surrounding rock and difficult control during passing through the broken zone of the fault in-400 m main oadwvay of Fanghuang No.1 Mine, site investgation.umerical sinuation si e indusrial test and other methd were appied to the analysis on the mine geological structure background, broken mode,tress field around the broken and displacement feld dstrbution mode.The paper hed tat th surounding rock insabliy of mine-41 m main roatway was a jint function result f a brok en surounding rock in the continuous breaking stoucure zone complicated tesseniromment suport method.mining infuences and others.The numericalslnmulaton was appied to analyze the surounding ock stressdisplacement and plasic zone distriuton law when the roadway passed through the cotinued fauits. Based on the test of th loose and falire scope in th surounding rock.bolt / seel mesh / anchor combined support with u type see losed support and active / passiveconbined suppor technology with grouting reinforcemen af the surounding ock was proposed.The industial est showed that wthin 180 days' observation,the max convergence of the twvo sidewalls and the roof and foor was 70 m and 39 m indiuelly n compaison with te same type roadway with no conbined suppor,the displacement was reduced by about 450 mm the integrated reinfocement efect was ecellent and the combined support technology achieved good technical and economic benefits.
