露天开采引发地表变形的治理措施研究

Study on Control Measures of Surface Ground Deformation Caused by Open Pit Mining

  • 摘要: 以抚顺石化公司石油一厂为研究对象,通过对露天开采条件下地基变形机理分析,阐明了石油一厂厂区变形的直接原因是露天开采,主要影响因素是断裂构造和地下水。在变形分区研究的基础上,通过实践探索出适合该厂区的综合治理总体思路和预防治理措施。结合区域变形特点和建筑物结构特征,分别采取地下堵水帷幕注浆、地下空化裂隙充填注浆、地下混合桩连续墙加固和建筑物结构加固、纠偏等措施,减缓地基变形30%以上,确保了厂区安全生产。

     

    Abstract: Taking the No.1 Petroleum Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Corporation as an example, with the analysis on the foundation deformation mechanism under the open pit mining, the paper stated the deformation direction causes of the plant area were the open pit mining and the major influence factors were the crack structur es and the underground water.Based on the study on deformation subregion, with the practices, the actual control general ideal and the prevention and control measure s suitable for the plant area were searched.In combination with the regional deformation features and the building structure features, underground water sealed curtain grouting, underground empty crack backfill grouting, underground mixed pile continued wall reinforcement and building structure reinforcement, deviation rectification a nd other measures were individually applied to reduce the foundation deformation over 30% and to ensure the safety of the plant area.
