电磁调速采煤机闭环控制系统参数辨识研究

摘要: 针对电磁调速采煤机存在闭环PID,控制参数调整效率低,调试困难,从而影响采煤机工作性能的问题,进行了控制系统参数辨识技术研究。为高效调整电磁调速采煤机PID控制参数,使电磁调速采煤机在实际运行时达到预期的性能需求,提出了一种基于继电反馈自整定的电磁调速采煤机系统参数辨识方法,引入继电串级反馈控制,分别对速度外环和电流内环的控制参数在线优化,其更新控制器参数是在系统的稳定工作点附近,并且是在闭环的运行过程中完成的,可自动测定等幅振荡周期,缩短了调整时间,不影响正常的工作过程,系统不需要断电重启,有利于自适应参数电磁调速采煤机闭环控制系统的连续更新运行。仿真和试验结果验证了该方法的辨识参数结果的有效性,改善了控制系统的抗干扰能力。Abstract: Accoding to the low adjustment rate and dificultadjustment of the closed loo PlD control parameters existed in the coal shearer with the electromagn:tic speed regulation thus working peromancesof the coal shearer was affcted and the stucy on the identification tfechmnology of the controlsystem paramneters was conducted. n order to high eficiently adjut the PlD control parametersof the coal sheare with the electromagneic speed regulation and to make the cal shearer with he electromagnetic speed regulation to reach the expected performance requrements of the coal shearer with elecromagnetic speed regulation at the actual operationperiod. A parameter identificatio method of the coal shearer with the elecromagneic speed regulation was provided based on the relay feedback sef-sting.The relay series fedback control was introduced and applied to the online optimization ofthe control parameters for the speed ouside loop and curent imer loop. o ugrade the parameters of the contrllr would be near the stable woark point of the system.could be completed in the operation processofth cosedloop.coud automatcally measure the constant-amplide oseliticn perod.could reduc.e the adjusted time and would not be afficed to the normal work pocess.The system could be restarted without the power off and could be favorable to the continues upgraded operation of the closed loop control system to the coal shearer with the self suitable parameters and electromagnetic speed regul.ation.The simulation and testresults approved th afrctivity of the method identfed parameter resuis and improved the ant interfrences capacity of the control system.
