7m大采高综采工作面末采期间顶板控制技术

Technology of Roof Control During Terminal Mining of Fully-mechanized Coal Face with 7m High Cutting Height

  • 摘要: 为了预防7 m大采高综采工作面末采期间发生压架、冒顶事发生故,基于大柳塔煤矿首个7m大采高工作面末采贯通的经验及顶板控制技术,对第2个7 m大采高工作面末采贯通期间顶板控制技术进行研究,分析可知工作面顶板悬顶距过长、挂网位置不合理、挂网时间过长、支架支护性能差是导致工作面末采期间顶板管理难度大的主要原因,通过采取加强矿压观测、预注马丽散加固煤体、确定合理挂网位置、提高支架支护性能、缩短挂网时间等预防措施,可以有效解决7 m大采高综采工作面末采期间顶板管理难度大、易发生压架及冒顶的难题,确保大采高工作面安全顺利贯通。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent the hydraulic powered support jammed and roof fall accident during terminal mining of fully- mechanized coal face with 7 m high cutti ng height, based on the experiences and roof control technology of first fully- mechanized coal face with 7 m high cutting height in Daliuta Coal Mine, the paper researc hed the roof control technology during terminal mining of second fully- mechanized coal face with 7 m high cutting height. The analysis showed that the roof hanging dis tance too long, the position of wire mesh unreasonable, the hanging wire mesh time too long and Lower bracket supporting performance were the main reasons of roof control difficulty during terminal mining in coal mining face. The preventive measures of strengthening mineral pressure observation, strengthening coal by pre-grouting marithan, determining the position of wire mesh reasonable, improving supporting performance and shortening the hanging wire mesh time were used to solve the probl em of roof control difficult, hydraulic powered support jammed and roof fall during terminal mining of fully- mechanized coal face with 7 m high cutting height, to ensure fully- mechanized coal face with 7 m high cutting height through terminal mining safety.
