矿用通用型液压支架浓缩液的研制

  • 摘要: 针对我国矿区配液水质复杂多变的现状,为实现支架浓缩液产品的水质适应性,解决高硬度、高阴离子含量水质产品选型难题,设计了通用型液压支架浓缩液配方体系,研究的关键是兼具高效润滑性、抗硬水能力的添加剂合成。选择植物油基羧酸,利用化学反应在其分子中引入耐硬水的新官能团,研究了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件,合成一种润滑、抗硬水多功能添加剂。性能评测表明,该添加剂可适应2 000 mg/L的硬水,1%质量浓度润滑性597.8 N,腐蚀试验无锈,具有良好的润滑及防锈性能,是优良的多功能添加剂。在此基础上,设计了通用型浓缩液产品,考察了产品性能,并与行业内具有代表性的高等级型号浓缩液进行性能比对。试验结果表明,研制的通用型浓缩液产品各指标均达到煤炭行业标准MT76-2011的技术要求,适应矿井水电导率超过3 500 μS/cm,支架传动介质三大主要性能稳定性、防锈性、润滑性均优于行业内代表性产品。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complicated and changeable water quality of the mine solution in our country, in order to realize the adaptability of the water quality of the stent concentrated solution products and solve the problem of selecting high hardness and high anion content water quality products, a general formula system of the hydraulic stent concentrated solution is designed in this paper. The key to the research is the synthesis of additives with high efficiency lubricity and hard water resistance. In this paper, vegetable oil-based carboxylic acid is selected and a new hard water resistant functional group is introduced into its molecule by chemical reaction. The technological conditions such as material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time are studied to synthesize a multifunctional additive for lubrication and hard water resistance. The performance evaluation shows that the additive can adapt to hard water of 2 000 mg/L, has 1% mass concentration lubricity of 597.8 N, has no rust in the corrosion test, has good lubricating and antirust properties, and is an excellent multifunctional additive. On this basis, a universal concentrated solution product was designed, and its performance was investigated, and compared with the representative high-grade concentrated solution in the industry. The experimental results show that all indexes of the developed universal concentrated solution product meet the technical requirements of the coal industry standard MT76-2011, and adapt to the water conductivity of the mine in excess of 3 500 μS/cm. The stability, rust resistance and lubricity of the three main performances of the bracket transmission medium are all better than those of the representative products in the industry.
