跨输送带履带钻机研制与应用

Application and Development of Track-Mounted Drilling Rig with Acrossing Transportation Belt

  • 摘要: 针对钻孔施工中遇到的钻机方位角调整、移动、稳固等辅助工作占用时间长、劳动强度大、综合钻进效率低等问题,在现有履带钻机的基础上,采用模块化设计方法,对钻机整体布置方式、钻机方位角调节方式、钻机快速稳固方式等进行研究,设计了具有跨输送带功能的履带钻机。工业性试验表明,钻机具有跨输送带施工功能,移动稳固辅助时间短,方位角调节方便,适合在运输巷等特殊巷道条件下高效工作。

     

    Abstract: According to the different problems which had encountered in boring construction, such as taking a long time to azimuth angle adjustment, movement an d persistent, great labour intensity, low working efficiency, the authors studied these problems using modular design method then track-mounted drilling rig with the effe ct of acrossing transportation belt had been designed. The industrial test showed that the rig had many merits such as large adjustable range of inclination, depression angle and azimuth angle, the ability of working in the construction condition of stride across transportation belt and short auxiliary time of construction. Therefore, it was suitable for working with high efficiently in the special gateway condition, such as haulage roadway.
