深部回采巷道锚网索联合支护技术实践

  • 摘要: 以常村煤矿21132工作面上巷为例,用理论分析并辅以工程类比的方法,研究了全煤深部大断面高应力条件下锚网索架工字钢棚联合支护围岩变形的控制效果,优选了巷道支护参数,即锚杆长度为2.4 m,间排距为0.6 m,工字钢棚间距为0.4 m;并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:采用锚网索架工字钢棚联合支护,提高锚杆预应力,打设顶、底角锚杆及顶部锚索能有效控制巷道变形,增强巷道的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Taking the upper gateway of No.21132 coal mining face in Changcun Mine as an example, the theoretical analysis and the engineering analogy method were applied to study the control effect of the surrounding rock deformation with the bolt/steel mesh/anchor/H type steel shield combined support under the condition of high stress in the large cross section of deep full seam and optimize the support parameters of the gateway.The length of the bolt was 2.4 m, the space between the ro ws was 0.6 m and the space between the H type steel shields was 0.4 m.A site experiment was conducted. The experiment results showed that the application of the bol t/steel mesh/anchor/H type steel shield combined support could improve the pre-stress of the bolt.The bolt applied in the roof and floor and the roof anchor could effecti vely control the deformation of the gateway and improve the stability of the gateway.
