大倾角松软厚煤层巷道支护的不连续变形分析

Discontinuous Deformation Analysis on Gateway Support in High Inclined Soft and Thick Seam

  • 摘要: 针对杜家村矿北翼回风巷大倾角松软厚煤层条件下支护难题,采用了不连续变形分析(DDA)方法进行了无支护、锚杆支护、锚杆+锚索联合支护、锚杆+锚索+W型钢带+高强度塑料网联合支护的数值分析,模拟了巷道在不同支护条件下的变形破坏过程,比较了这4种支护方式下围岩的变形、垮落情况。研究表明:大倾角松软厚煤层巷道采用锚杆+锚索+W型钢带+高强度塑料网联合支护形式效果最佳,其两帮移近量仅为38.5 mm,顶底板移近量为62.3 mm。

     

    Abstract: According to the support difficulty of the air returning way in a high inclined soft and thick seam of North Wing, Djiacun Mine, a discontinuous deformati on analysis (DDA) was applied to the numerical analysis on the non support, bolt support, bolt support + anchor combined support and the bolt + anchor + W steel band + high strength plastic mesh combined support and to simulate the deformation failure process of the gateway under the different support conditions.A comparison was conducted on the surrounding rock deformation and falling under the four different support modes.The study showed that the gateway in the high inclined soft and thick seam with the bolt + anchor + W steel band + high strength plastic and mesh combined support mode would have a best support effect.The two side wall convergence was only 38.5 mm and a roof and floor convergence was 62.3 mm.
