基于FPGA的大采高液压支架控制装置设计

Design on Control Device of High Cutting Hydraulic Powered Support Based on FPGA

  • 摘要: 采用主处理器配FPAG协处理器的架构作为支架控制装置的核心电路;着重介绍FPGA内部控制逻辑的设计,包括模数转换模块、串行通信接口模块设计,并对控制装置的基本功能设计、安全性设计和故障模式识别设计进行论述。给出了控制装置实时响应的测试方法和测试结果,结果表明FPGA技术与传统的控制方式相比,降低了功耗,缩小了体积等,具有更优越的性能。该控制装置已经应用于山西平朔煤矿工作面现场,经过半年的实际使用,验证该设计切合实际需求。

     

    Abstract: The frame structure with a main processor + FPAG co-processor was applied to the key circuit of the control device for the hydraulic powered support.Th e paper emphasized the introduction on the design of FPGA internal control logic, including the designs of the modulus conversion module and the serial communicatio n module.The basic function design, safety design and fault mode identification design of the control device were stated.The on time response measuring and test meth od and the results of the control device were provided.The results showed that in comparison with the conventional control mode, the FPGA technology could reduced t he power consumption, the volume and others could have other better advantages. The control device had been applied to the coal mining face in Shanxi Pingshuo Und erground Mine.The design of the control device could meet the actual requirement as verified.
