露天煤矿自卸车后桥壳失效原因分析

Analysis of Mining Dump Truck Rear Axle Housing Failure in Surface Mine

  • 摘要: 针对神华北电胜利能源有限公司露天煤矿某型号自卸车后桥壳同一部位发生不同程度的开裂现象,基于露天煤矿现场实际路况以及Miner线性累积损伤假设的动态应力测试方法,对自卸车后桥壳的疲劳寿命进行预测。利用雨流计数法将矿用自卸车后桥承受的压力信号转化为雨流矩阵,由此测算自卸车测试点的疲劳寿命;利用有限元分析法对矿用自卸车后桥壳失效原因进行分析,得出自卸车驱动后桥壳截面内外圆的偏心、道路的倾斜以及不平衡的动态载荷等是导致自卸车后桥壳失效的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: According to the phenomenon of rear axle housing for some kind of mining dump truck appeared cracks in the same position in the Shenhua Beidian She ngli Energy Co., Ltd. Surface Mine, the fatigue life of the rear axle housing used in this case was predicted based on dynamic stress measured from actual field conditio n of surface mine and using the assumption of the Miner linear hypothesis of damage accumulation in this paper. The rain- flow counting method to convert the rear axl e pressure signal into a rain- flow matrix was applied, so that the fatigue life of the test points could be predicted. The paper also analyzed the failure reason of the mini ng dump truck rear axle housing with finite element analysis. The article concluded that the major reasons of the failure were eccentricity between inner circle and excir cle of the truck0s rear axle housing cross profile, roadDs incline, and the unbalanced dynamic load.
