我国煤层气开发技术现状与发展方向

Current status and development direction of coalbed methane exploration technology in China

  • 摘要: 我国煤层气资源丰富、开发前景广阔,经过20多年的不断探索,无论从产业规模,还是勘探开发技术方面,都取得了很大的进展。为进一步提高煤层气开发技术的适应性和煤层气资源的有效性,推进煤层气产业的快速发展,以我国煤层气产业发展现状为出发点,系统梳理了目前我国煤层气开发的理论进展和技术现状。首先,归纳并提出了煤层气赋存和排采理论方面的新认识,煤储层微观气水赋存与产出存在2种不同的模式,“固气系统”与“固液系统”协同吸附,储层基质孔隙水对气体解吸-传输具有重要影响。其次,梳理小曲率半径定向井、水平井分段压裂、定量化排采多目标优化控制等煤层气开发新技术,并深入分析了煤层气开发面临的主要问题。提出未来的发展方向是持续加强以排采为核心的理论和关键技术攻关,降低开发成本,提高单井产量,实现煤层气高效开发。

     

    Abstract: Coalbed methane(CBM) resources in China are abundant with broad development prospects. After more than 20 years of continuous exploration, great progress has been made in both industry scale and exploration and development technology. In order to further improve the adaptability of CBM development technology and the effectiveness of CBM resources, and promote the rapid development of CBM industry, based on the development status of CBM industry in China, the system combines the current theoretical development and technical status of CBM development in China. Firstly, a new understanding of the theory of CBM occurrence and drainage theory is summarized and proposed. It is concluded that there are two different modes of gas-water occurrence and production in reservoir micro-structure. “Solid-gas system” and “solid-liquid system” are synergistic adsorbed, and the pore water in reservoir matrix has an important influence on gas desorption-transmission. Secondly, combing the new technology of coalbed methane development such as directional well with small curvature radius, staged fracturing of horizontal well, multi-objective optimization control of quantitative drainage, and the main problems faced by CBM development were deeply analyzed. It is pointed out that the future development direction is to continue to strengthen the theory and key technologies to solve the problem, reduce development costs, increase single well production, and achieve efficient development of coalbed methane.
