采空区自燃“三带”变化规律研究

  • 摘要: 为防止温庄村煤矿采空区煤自燃,确定煤自燃发生的区域,利用气相色谱仪对采空区气样进行分析,确定采空区自燃"三带"的最大范围,并根据统计学原理计算出自燃"三带"的最小范围,在一定的假设条件下结合通风阻力方程推导出该矿采空区自燃"三带"范围变化的公式。结果表明:带有瓦斯排放巷及沿空留巷的采空区自燃"三带"不仅随工作面的推进不断前移,而且在其前移过程中,自燃"三带"的范围随着联络巷的接替使用产生由小变大,然后突然变小再逐渐变大的循环的、有规律的变化。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Wenzhuangcun Mine and to determine the region of coal spontaneous combustion oc curred, the meteorological chromatograph was applied to analyze the air samples from the goaf and to determine the max scope of the spontaneous combustion "three zones" in the goaf.The statistics principle was applied to calculate the min region of the spontaneous combustion "three zones".Under the certain conditions and in com bination with the ventilation resistance equation, a formula of natural undertaking scope variation in the goaf was derived.The results showed that the spontaneous com bustion "three zones" of the goaf with the gas drainage gateway and the gateway retained along the goaf would be continuously moved forward with the advancing of th e coal mining face.During the moving forward process, the spontaneous combustion "three zones" scope would be varied from small to large occurred with the replace ment of the connecting gateway and then would be suddenly varied to small and would be steadily varied to large in a circulated and regulated variation.
