特厚煤层掘进巷道强矿压显现机理及防治技术研究

Research on strong strata behaviours mechanism and prevention technology of heading roadway in extra-thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 为确保特厚煤层巷道安全掘进,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,研究了掘进巷道强矿压显现的力学机制,进行了综合防治研究与实践。结果表明:在近距离煤层群开采条件下,受上部煤层工作面遗留煤柱的影响,造成下部煤层掘进巷道围岩产生高集中应力,是掘进巷道发生强矿压显现的主要影响因素;随着上部遗留煤柱水平距离的增大,掘进巷道围岩最大钻屑量呈降低趋势,回风巷(距离上部遗留煤柱10 m)是运输巷(距离上部遗留煤柱40 m)最大钻屑量的1.2倍。综合防治实践表明,采取的煤层卸压、加强支护、优化设计、加强监测等措施是合理的,可实现高应力条件下巷道围岩的有效控制,为类似条件掘进巷道强矿压防治提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of heading roadway in extra-thick coal seam, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement were used, t he mechanical mechanism of large pressure and its appearance characteristic was reseached, and the practice of comprehensive management prevention were carried out.The results showed that concentrated pressure in the heading roadway was the main factor that caused the phenomenon of large strata pressure in the lower coal s eam under the influence of the upper coal pillar in contiguous seams mining. With the increase of the horizontal distance between the upper coal pillars and the heading roadway, the maximum drilling cuttings of coal seam of the roadway was decreased, and the ventilation roadway ( the horizontal distance between the upper coal pillar and roadway was 10 m) was 1. 2 times as much as transportation roadway ( the horizontal distance between the upper coal pillar and the roadway was 40 m) for it. Pra ctice showed that effective to take measures of coal seam pressure relief, strengthening support, optimizing design, strengthening monitoring and so on, safety control of rock stability of the heading roadway in coal seam could be realized under high pressure condition. It provided a reference for the prevention and control of strong str ata pressure of the heading roadway under the similar conditions.
